This website is merely intended to provide preliminary information to those interested in learning about the list of properties that BAM intends to offer for sale only.

Properties that BAM will offer for sale will be offered for sale in "as is" condition whether visible or not, whereby BAM does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the property, boundaries, area size, and property condition, nor does it warrant accuracy or consistency with the list, information, or any details of the property appearing in the land title deed, condominium ownership certificate, title documents, or any other documents.
3. BAM makes no warranty and assumes no responsibility for any property that BAM will offer for sale being free from expropriation, encroachment, or any encumbrance.
4. Before offering to purchase property, the prospective buyer has the duty to inspect details regarding the property to be purchased. BAM considers that the bidder has sufficiently and completely known the condition and limitations of the property.

In the event that the service user expresses intention to purchase property or registers to participate in an auction bid or conducts any other action through the internet network, BAM does not guarantee that electronic mail (email) from this website will be delivered to the service user, and does not guarantee the privacy and/or security of such electronic mail (email) during transmission over the internet.
6. BAM reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any conditions specified in the property sale offer, including reserving the right to cancel the sale of all properties or only one item or several items at any time, without any obligation to notify the service user, bidder, or buyer in advance, and without requiring consent from the service user, bidder, or buyer beforehand.
